Fibromyalgia
Two years ago I fell down a flight of stairs and who knew my life would change so drastically. I went from being a 32 year old newly married very active woman to a person I never thought I would be.
I was in so much pain I could not lay down, sit, stand, walk or do any activity I once took for granted. I went to every kind of doctor and specialist in New Jersey to no avail. The only answers I got were: take this pill, it will make the pain more bearable. Then last but not least I was told I had fibromyalgia and of course we all know that’s what “they” tell you when “they” have no clue what’s wrong with you.
I was so distraught that I was put on antidepressants. Being the stubborn person that I am I refused to believe I was going to be like this the rest of my life. Who knew that by changing jobs it would change my life! I was referred to Dr. Horning by my boss almost two months ago. I decided March 14, 2005 was going to be the first day of the rest of my life.
Today is March 25, 2005 I have not felt this good in 2 years. I was afraid of Chiropractic most of my life but after only 6 treatments with Dr. Horning I went out and bought a pair of sneakers today. That may seem silly to some but to my husband, my family, and me it was the most exciting day in a long time.
I am officially going off all medications and I owe it all to Dr. Horning and his “magic hands”. Just in case my boss reads this, Eric B. thank you for being so great and thank you for finding Dr. Horning. I hope this shows you just how much you are appreciated.
Thank you Horning Chiropractic Center for giving me back my life!!
